These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bharatcabs applications and website. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 11 years old to use the Bharatcabs platform. By using our services, you confirm that you meet the age and legal eligibility criteria under Indian law.
2. User Accounts
- You must register an account using your mobile number and OTP verification.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Bharatcabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse or breach of these terms.
3. Use of Services
For Riders:
- Book rides via the Bharatcabs app.
- Provide accurate pickup and drop locations.
- Maintain respectful conduct toward drivers.
For Drivers:
- Must be verified by Bharatcabs with valid documents (Driving License, Aadhaar, PAN, Vehicle RC, etc.).
- Must accept only genuine bookings and follow traffic and Bharatcabs guidelines.
- Must not share account or vehicle with unregistered individuals.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, surge pricing (if applicable), and city-specific rates.
- Users must pay the full fare at the end of the trip via cash, UPI, wallet, or card (as available).
- Bharatcabs may change pricing at any time, and such updates will be reflected in the app.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation charges may apply if you cancel a ride after a driver has been assigned.
- Refunds (if any) for failed or duplicate payments will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights.
- Harm or threaten the safety of drivers, riders, or the company.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
- Use the service for unlawful or criminal activities.
7. Driver Ratings & Reviews
- Riders can rate and review drivers after each trip.
- Repeated low ratings or misconduct may result in driver suspension or permanent deactivation.
8. Location Tracking
- Both apps require real-time GPS location for operational and safety purposes.
- Drivers and riders consent to location tracking during active trips and while logged in.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on Bharatcabs (logo, text, code, design) is the property of APSR Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without our written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Bharatcabs is not liable for:
- Any loss or damage resulting from driver or user misconduct.
- Accidents, delays, or service disruptions caused by external factors.
- Unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate any of these Terms.
- We detect fraud, abuse, or any suspicious activity.
- You request account deletion via email.
12. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account by emailing a request to:

Once verified, your account and data will be permanently removed unless required for legal reasons.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the app and/or on our website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
