  2. Location Access
    To ensure accurate ride tracking and routing, you agree to grant access to your device’s location services. This is essential for providing location-based services within the app.
  3. Access to Gallery
    Users may be required to grant access to the device’s gallery for uploading necessary documents and images as part of the registration and verification process.
  4. Access to Camera
    Access to your device’s camera may be requested for capturing images and documentation as needed for verification and identification purposes.
  5. Phone Authentication and OTP Verification
    To ensure security and proper identification, all drivers must complete phone number authentication via an OTP (One-Time Password). This OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number during the signup process.
  6. OTP Before Ride Start
    Before starting any ride, the customer must provide an OTP to the driver. The ride can only begin once the driver enters the correct OTP provided by the customer. This measure enhances safety and accountability.
