Terms and Conditions for Bharatcabs Pilot App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Bharatcabs Pilot app, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Bharatcabs Pilot provides a platform for drivers to connect with passengers and facilitate ride-hailing services. You agree to use the app only for its intended purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Registration and Account Security

To use the app, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, gender, birthday, and car number.
• Upload the required documents for verification, including your Aadhar card, PAN card, insurance, and driver’s license.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Driver Responsibilities

As a driver using the Bharatcabs Pilot app, you agree to:

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and ensure that your vehicle is properly insured and registered.
• Provide safe, reliable, and courteous service to passengers.
• Follow all local traffic laws and regulations.
• Respect the privacy of passengers and maintain the confidentiality of any passenger information accessed through the app.

5. User Obligations

All users must:

• Use the app in a manner that does not violate any laws or regulations.
• Not use the app for any fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
• Not engage in harassment, threats, or any other form of abusive behavior towards passengers or other users.

6. Payment Terms

Bharatcabs Pilot may charge fees for the services provided. Payment terms will be specified in the app, and you agree to comply with the specified payment policies. Any applicable taxes or fees will be your responsibility.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

By using the Bharatcabs Pilot app, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You should review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled.

8. Modifications to the Service

Bharatcabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or its features at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions, and any changes will be effective upon posting them within the app. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

Bharatcabs Pilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the app itself.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bharatcabs Pilot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts of India.
